How it works

1. let’s connect

Fill in the form below and we’ll send you the link to book a quick consult where we’ll discuss your design needs and I’ll give you an indication of the time we’d need to complete your items

2. book & SeT the Date

Ready to move forward?

We’ll send over an invoice for the deposit and contract. We’ll set a date for your VIP Design Day or Half-Day and work out a time we’re both available considering time-zones

3. questionnaire & CONTENT

We’ll send over a form to get the details of the items you want to work on and gather any content and logins needed.

We’ll touch base before your booked day to make sure we have a clear understanding of the work we’ll be doing together.

4. your vip design day

We’ll dive into designing your items with design strategy in mind based on your goals. We’ll check in with you throughout the day to share our progress and to get your feedback.

You’ll get to see your pieces come to life in real-time (this is usually our client’s favourite bit!)

5. wrap up & Support

Towards the end of the day, we’ll send a wrap-up email including links to any relevant files and any important info.

Included is 1 week of email support post- VIP Design Day in case you have questions!

  • Yes please :) We will need you to review and approve work during our time together. The quicker you are to respond the quicker we can move on to the next item on your wishlist.

  • No problem! We regularly work with people from all over the world and have always found a way to make it work! Sometimes it may mean splitting your VIP Design Day to take place over 2 days so that we are both available at suitable hours.

  • Our VIP Design Days are set up to check off your design to-do list and not for branding or full website design. Instead, take a look at our 3-Day Intensives or Bespoke Services . Feel free to get in touch if you’re not sure what service is right for you, we’re here to help!

  • We can get a lot done in one day. However, if you need a bit more time than just one day, you can book a back-to-back VIP days or an additional half-day if needed to complete your project. Many of our client’s book multiple days and you’ll receive the past client discount when booking more than one day.

  • Before our VIP day, you’ll fill in our client questionnaire and gather necessary copy, graphics, images, or brand guidelines needed for your project/s - this is due 7 days before your booked day. Before are VIP day, I'll check in with you with any follow up questions and ask for any additional information that I may need. The more information I have upfront, the more I can get done!

  • Yes we certainly do! See the pricing above for past client pricing

  • This varies throughout the year but we try to keep it to a 2-3 week wait, sometimes less. We suggest getting in touch ASAP so we can get you all set up and you can complete your homework in time. We can’t wait to work with you!
