A little about me
I’m Michelle — a brand and website designer, creative mentor, and founder of Mishku Studio, where for the past 7+ years I’ve supported hundreds of creatives to build intentional, aligned, and story-rich brands.
With 15+ years of experience in design, across fashion, illustration, and digital, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when creative women step into their voice and let that lead their business.

For a long time, I thought I had to reinvent the wheel, or at least figure out the right way to do business. I was pushing hard, doing things by the book, always looking for the answer.
My business was thriving on paper, but I felt disconnected + drained I was looking around at what others were creating, the pace they were moving at, and wondering why I couldn’t keep up.
But what I’ve learned - through chronic illness, a neurodivergent brain, and a whole lot of unlearning - is that I could build a business in a way that truly supports me. My energy. My creative rhythm. My actual life.
The turning point came when I stopped trying to do things like everyone else, and started anchoring into what I do best.
Rooting into my creative voice. Structuring my business around how I naturally work and move through the world
That changed everything.
I also began prioritizing a personal creative practice outside of client work - painting, exploring, making. It stretched and healed me. It deepened my creative vision. And it made my work - for myself and for others, more alive.
Now, I help other deeply creative women, especially those who don’t fit the mold, craft businesses that feel rich, easeful, and completely their own.
Because I believe your creative life is your business and you deserve one that feels like home.

You’re not expected to be ‘on’ all the time. Life happens. This space is designed to be gentle, flexible, and human. The call replays will be available for 6 months, and with only 8 women in the group, you’ll always feel seen. You don’t need to show up perfectly, just honestly and do the best you can.

Welcome. This space honours the fullness of who you are. You don’t have to choose one thing or narrow yourself down to a tagline. We’ll look at your work holistically, across disciplines and offerings, and build clarity around your essence, not just your outputs. You get to be a whole creative ecosystem here.

This group is intentionally small, gentle, and intimate — designed for real connection, not performative energy. There’s room for quiet reflection, slower processing, and thoughtful conversation. You won’t be expected to share more than feels right, and everything is offered with warmth and care.

Once the group is confirmed, I’ll do my best to find a bi-weekly time that works for everyone based on time zones and availability. This is a small group (just 7 women), so we have flexibility to find something mutually agreeable.
If you can’t make a call live, no stress. All sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the central portal, and you’ll still have ongoing access to me in the private group space for support, questions, and reflections.

The live calls will run every 1–2 weeks (core module call every 2 weeks and the 2x co-working calls in between) and be around 90 minutes long. Beyond that, you’ll have optional exercises (but highly encouraged to get the most out of this), reflection prompts, and support in the group space - but there’s no pressure to be ‘on’ all the time but I will ask that you show up to the best of your ability as a gift to yourself.
Many of the biggest shifts will come from the small moments - a conversation that lands, a reframe that unlocks something, a commitment to making space for your creative work again.
You can take what serves you and leave the rest. This is designed to feel spacious, not overwhelming.
