My custom line portraits are a way of capturing the people, connections and memories we hold dear, transforming a favourite photograph into a personal piece of art to treasure.

Every portrait is individually hand-drawn by me using digital drawing tools. No AI, automated filters or image generators are used. Each illustration is thoughtfully created, line by line, in my signature style, with an emphasis on organic, expressive linework and the beauty of simplicity.

You will receive 2 copies of your completed illustration, professionally printed onto beautiful, heavyweight cotton paper, creating a tactile, timeless keepsake to display in your home and give as a meaningful gift.

You don't need a professional photograph. Often the most beautiful portraits come from the candid, imperfect moments that hold special meaning.

A quiet embrace, a little hand held tightly, a windswept wedding photograph or a familiar family moment. Sometimes it's the simplest images that tell the loveliest stories.

Important Details

The portraits include 2 prints in your chosen size, one for you and one for a gift.

Each illustration is professionally printed on Gmund Ivory Cotton 300gsm, a luxurious heavyweight cotton paper with a soft ivory tone and a beautiful, subtly textured surface.

Your portrait can include one of the following combinations:

  • Up to three adults

  • Two adults and two children

  • Two adults and one pet

Additional people, pets or alternative compositions may be accommodated for an additional fee.

Prices exclude shipping. All portraits are supplied unframed.

  • Please note the following dispatch dates when planning your order, particularly if you're purchasing a portrait as a gift.

    • Orders paid for before 11 November 2026 will be dispatched by 18 November 2026.

    • Orders paid for on or after 11 November 2026 will be dispatched by 14 December 2026, due to planned studio travel.

    These dates refer to when your portrait will be shipped, not when it will arrive. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

    As each portrait is made to order, your commission is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Please allow time to submit your request and receive your invoice ahead of the relevant cut-off date.

  • If you have a particular frame in mind, I recommend ordering a slightly larger print than you need. This gives you the flexibility to trim the paper to suit a frame that may not match standard A5, A4 or A3 dimensions.

    If you already know your frame dimensions, please let me know before I begin. I can take these into account when composing your portrait to ensure the illustration has beautiful, balanced spacing.

  • Complete the enquiry form with your chosen reference photograph, preferred print size and any special requests.

    Your portrait will be created from one photograph, so choose an image where you love the composition, expressions and positioning of the people or pets.

    If you'd like to combine multiple photographs, include additional subjects or have a particular frame size in mind, please mention this in your request.

    If you'd like to combine people from different photographs, please enquire first. This is often possible for an additional fee.

  • I'll personally review your request and confirm the details of your commission.

    You'll then receive an invoice outlining the cost of your portrait, any additional illustration fees and the available shipping options.

  • Once you're happy with the details, simply complete payment using the invoice provided.

    Your commission will be confirmed and added to my illustration schedule once full payment has been received. Please note that I cannot begin work until payment has been made.

  • Using your photograph as a reference, I'll create your illustration by hand using digital drawing tools.

  • Once complete, your illustration will be professionally printed on beautiful Gmund Ivory Cotton 300gsm paper, carefully packaged and shipped to you using your selected delivery option.

    Your finished portrait will arrive unframed, ready to display or gift.
