Details: Limited edition letterpress print artisan handmade paper. Letterpress is a method of printing that creates and image through relief printing, using raised plates to print so that the image is pressed into the paper making a subtle 3D effect. Unframed.
Size: 5.5 x 8.5” / 14 x 21.5 cm (sizes vary slightly due to the paper’s handmade nature)
Paper: Abaca and natural kozo make for a lusciously textured and earthy off-white, almost brow “natural” tone. Long kozo fibers and bits of bark speckle the sheet (paper created by Share Studios)
Framing Advice: The pieces look beautiful with the deckled edge of the paper shown in a deep set frame (with spacers) with the painting raised slightly off the mat to create a slight shadow. See image examples.
